We take care to make sure your order is immaculately packed and presented. All FancyPanda products pass through the hands of clothing experts, which allows us to devote ourselves to ensuring that your order will arrive safely, timely, and smartly.

All of our products are neatly packaged into bags, along with a handy invoice which you can reference on the phone for any enquires. During the business week, we ship most orders the next day after you place your order, provided your order is placed before 3pm GMT, although some orders may take a couple of days longer.

Our priority is to ensure that you receive your order promptly so by all means contact us directly if you are up against a deadline.

Please note next day delivery is only applicable to working week days (Monday to Friday). Items placed on delivery before 4pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. Items ordered over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Saver Delivery

This service is for orders that aren't to a specific deadline, and is the best priced option that we offer. If you choose this option, your order will be delivered by Royal Mail, in 2 - 3 working days including Saturdays, and you are allowed up to 20kg in weight. Please note that orders exceeding 20kg may be charged extra. If you need a quicker delivery, please consider choosing Royal Mail First Class, or Royal Mail Signed.


Royal Mail First Class

This service is the best mix of reliability and cost. If you need to safely and quickly have your item delivered to you, but don't want to break the bank, then this option is for you. Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day including Saturdays, up to a weight of 20kg per parcel with this service. Please note that orders exceeding 20kg may be charged extra.


Royal Mail Signed For

Of course, your order is important to us, and you. This option will require Royal Mail to obtain a signature from the receiver (you). Choosing this option is the best if you want to confirm that your order has been delivered with us. If in any case an item does not get delivered to you (E.G. Items lost in transit), then we can check if your item has been signed for, and if not, there is proof that you have not received your order from us. This helps to clear up any fraud allegations that may occur. Please note that if you do not choose this option, you are fully understanding and accepting that we are not responsible for items not being delivered by Royal Mails accord. We will always contact you of any issues with your order (E.G item not available from us) and will never cancel your order without contacting you, or not send the items out at all. If you do not choose this option, and you do not receive your goods, and we can confirm that we have sent them from ourselves, we are afraid that we cannot refund your order. This measure is put in place to prevent fraud, and to make sure that we maintain a healthy relationship with our customers.
